These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of hanumansingh.dev (the "Site") and your engagement with Hanuman Software Services ("we", "us", "our"), an MSME-registered software studio (UDYAM-TS-20-0182949) based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. By using the Site or booking a call with us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of this site

The content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is provided for general information about our services and is owned by or licensed to Hanuman Software Services. You may view and share this content for personal, non-commercial reference, but may not reproduce, redistribute, or use it commercially without our written permission.

2. Enquiries and bookings

Submitting the contact form or booking a call through this Site is a request for information and does not, by itself, create a contract or engagement between you and Hanuman Software Services. A formal engagement begins only once both parties agree to a separate written proposal, statement of work, or service agreement.

3. Project engagements

Where we agree to provide software development or related services, the specific scope, deliverables, timeline, fees, and payment terms will be set out in a separate proposal or contract. These Terms apply to use of the Site itself; a signed engagement-specific agreement governs the actual delivery of services and takes precedence over these Terms in the event of conflict.

4. Intellectual property in delivered work

Ownership of intellectual property in software we deliver as part of a paid engagement is governed by the applicable signed agreement for that engagement, not by these Terms. Absent such an agreement, all Site content remains the property of Hanuman Software Services.

5. No warranty on site content

We aim to keep information on this Site accurate and current, but it is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Portfolio examples, timelines, and pricing references are illustrative and do not constitute a binding quote or guarantee of results for any specific project.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hanuman Software Services is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

7. Third-party links and services
