Hanuman Software Services ("we", "us", "our") operates hanumansingh.dev. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use this site, why we collect it, and how you can control it. By using this site, you agree to the practices described below.

We collect information in two ways:

• Information you provide directly — when you submit the contact form or book a call, we collect your name, email address, company name (optional), project details, preferred meeting time, and your timezone.
• Information collected automatically — standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and referring URL, collected via Google Analytics (see Section 4).

We do not collect payment information on this site.

3. How we use your information

• To respond to enquiries submitted via the contact form
• To schedule, confirm, and send reminders for booked calls
• To understand how visitors use the site and improve it
• To protect the site against spam and abuse

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising purposes.

4. Cookies and third-party services

This site uses the following third-party services, each of which may set cookies or process data on our behalf:

• Google Analytics 4 — collects anonymized usage statistics (pages viewed, session duration, general location) to help us understand site traffic.
• Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise — protects our contact and booking forms from spam and automated abuse. Use of reCAPTCHA is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
• Firebase (Google Cloud) — securely stores and processes form submissions and booking data.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect the booking calendar and form submission features.

5. Data retention

We retain contact form submissions and booking records for as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry, deliver services, and meet legal or accounting obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymized.

6. Data sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share data only with the service providers named in Section 4, who process it on our behalf under their own privacy terms, and where required by law.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@hanumansingh.dev and we'll respond within a reasonable time.

8. Data security

We use industry-standard measures — including encrypted transport (HTTPS) and access controls on our cloud infrastructure — to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. International transfers

We are based in India, and the third-party services we use (Section 4) may process data in the United States or other countries. By using this site, you consent to your data being processed in these locations.

10. Children's privacy

This site is intended for business use and is not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
